As a former Fortune 500 executive who managed $5.5B annually, I bring proven leadership, a fresh, transparent, and engaged approach. I prioritize collaboration, accountability, and pragmatic solutions to ensure smart, responsible, sustainable growth.
In conversations with neighbors, I've heard how we need real world experience managing budgets and negotiating within tight constraints all while delivering results aligned with constituents' priorities. Last fall I was honored to participate in the Kirkland Initiative. This course gave me, and other participants, a detailed view and understanding of how the city operates. I understand the stakes are high; many Kirkland households are stretched between work and family priorities. I believe I have the skills to help shape Kirkland as it grows while addressing the constituents' needs. I'll bring my real world skills to be the fresh leadership needed in Kirkland.
